How does the subscription work?
The Ryan's World Surprise Subscription is a set of ongoing services that deliver a Surprise Box quarterly. Surprise Boxes provide fun, educational, or active experiences. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details and important information about these services.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
Not only do you save money when you subscribe - you will always be at the front of the line for the next item, as quantities are limited. These exclusive items cannot be purchased anywhere else, and conveniently will arrive straight to your door every 3 months!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 per box.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, the Ryan's World Surprise Subscription delivers to U.S. addresses only.
Can I expect usual shipping times?
At PocketWatch, Inc., customer satisfaction is our number-one priority. Due to the COVID- 19 crisis, our third-party shipping and supply partners continue to encounter select regional delays. We’re extremely sorry if you’ve experienced shipping delays with your order, but our top priority right now is working with them to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible!
When will I be charged?
After your initial order, you’ll then be synced up with our billing cycles which occur on the 15th of the middle month of each quarter. The frequency of billings depends on which subscription you choose. For example, the middle month of the first quarter is February. A full description of each subscription can be found in our Terms of Sale. Your subscription plan will auto renew until modified or canceled.
When will my box arrive?
Your first order will ship shortly after being placed. After that, your Surprise Boxes will ship on a quarterly schedule, generally a few weeks after the 15th of each Quarterly Month. Refer to our Terms of Sale for more information. You'll receive emails when you are charged as well as when your order ships. You'll be able to track your order with details sent in a shipping confirmation email when your order ships or from your account.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
You are not required to create an account in order to place an order, however to manage your subscription you'll want to create an account. To create an account Select the "Account" icon in the menu and choose 'Create Account' - from here, be sure to use the same email you used at checkout and create a password. After you've created your account you can easily manage your subscription details such as updating your payment method, changing billing or shipping information, changing your existing plan such as pausing or skipping orders, or cancelling your subscription.
Can I return my subscription box?
If there are any issues with your box or you find that anything is missing or broken, please reach out to our team at support@ryansworldshop.com and we are happy to help. For our general return policy, please click here.
Is this available in retail stores?
It’s not! Ryan’s World Surprise Subscriptions are exclusive and specially curated to bring new and exciting toys and experiences every three months. We’ll have a new theme each quarter for your kids to explore, learn, and love.
Are all subscription items Ryan's World Eggs?
No. Ryan's fans love his Giant Eggs, but the subscription items will vary along with their themes. Our goal is to deliver a new and fun experience with each surprise.
Can I purchase past boxes or items?
Ryan’s World Surprise Subscription items are exclusive and available for a limited time in limited quantities. Unfortunately, past boxes or items are not available for purchase once they sell out.
