Return Policy

Ryan’s World General Merchandise Return Policy
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from your receipt date. The item must be returned in original, unused condition, in original boxes (whenever possible).  To begin your return process, please contact us at support@ryansworldshop.com to confirm your item is eligible for return.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly offer a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of the original purchase date, for any item that was purchased at full price.

To request a price adjustment, please email us at support@ryansworldshop.com within the 7-day period. We will promptly credit your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for adjustment to post to the account once it has been completed. Allow 1-2 business cycles for credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and re-order a new item. Please contact our Customer Service department at support@ryansworldshop.com to assist you with placing a new order.
