At Ryan’s World Surprise Subscription, we offer several subscriptions (each, a “Subscription”). Please review these Terms of Sale carefully before enrolling because they contain important information regarding any subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Service.

The Ryan’s World Surprise Subscription is an ongoing service that is billed quarterly, biannually or annually. Orders for Boxes are placed every three (3) months on the 15th of February, May, August and November (“Quarterly Months”) and will be promptly shipped to you shortly thereafter. All Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled or we otherwise terminate your account. For cancellation terms, Section 4 below

1. Quarterly Box subscriptions. If you sign up for a Quarterly Box subscription, you will be immediately charged for one Box at $43.99 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) as a non-refundable minimum purchase and your first Box will be promptly shipped to you shortly thereafter.
You will be charged an additional $43.99 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable), on the 15th of the next Quarterly Month (see schedule above) and another Box will be shipped to you shortly thereafter unless you cancel your account pursuant to Section 4.

2. Biannual Box subscriptions. If you sign up for a Biannual subscription, you will be immediately charged for two (2) Boxes at $83.98 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable), as a non-refundable minimum purchase and your first quarter’s Box will be promptly shipped to you shortly thereafter. Your second Box will be shipped shortly after the next Quarterly Month.
You will be charged an additional $83.98 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) on the 15th of the next Quarterly Month and two (2) additional Boxes will be shipped to you shortly after the succeeding two (2) Quarterly Months unless you cancel your subscription pursuant to Section 4.

3. Annual Box subscriptions. If you sign up for an Annual subscription, you will be immediately charged for four (4) Boxes at $159.96 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable), as a non-refundable minimum purchase. Your first Box will be promptly shipped to you shortly thereafter. Your next three (3) Boxes will be shipped to you shortly after the next three (3) Quarterly Months.
You will be charged an additional $159.96 USD (plus shipping and taxes, if applicable) and four (4) additional Boxes will be shipped to you shortly after the succeeding four (4) Quarterly Months unless you cancel your subscription pursuant to Section 4.

4. Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your subscription with us at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be received prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancelling your subscription does not provide you a refund for subscription payments already processed, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.

In order to cancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) log into your Account, navigate to the “Manage Subscription” link, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; OR (b) email us at support@ryansworldshop.com, indicating that you wish to cancel your subscription, and follow the instructions that we send you.

5. Taxes and Shipping and Handling. Stated prices for subscription and other products do not include sales or other taxes. You are solely responsible for the payment of such taxes related to your purchase. We have the right to charge you for any taxes that we believe we are required to pay or collect related to your purchase. Please also note that shipping and handling fees currently apply to all shipments.

7. Product Liability. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – SMALL PARTS. NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DESIGNED, MANUFACTURED OR INTENDED FOR USE BY CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF THREE (3) AND MAY CONTAIN SMALL PARTS. IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS AGREEMENT, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, FOR ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSS OR COSTS ARISING FROM SUCH USE.
